Dr. Patrick Shea
Dr. Patrick Shea is a board certified Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist, Pediatrician, and adult psychiatrist. Dr. Shea earned his medical degree from the University of Texas McGovern Medical School in Houston. He completed his residency training at the University of Utah in Salt Lake City where he served as the chief resident of the triple board program in 2014. He went on to receive the Resident Service to Children Award of the Utah Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics for outstanding service to high-risk children and adolescents. Dr. Shea was board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics in 2014 and the American Board of Psychiatry & Neurology in 2015.
Dr. Shea applies a holistic philosophy to working with children and families. His unique training with a focus in pediatric medicine and development has given him an integrated perspective on mind-body medicine especially regarding the mental health challenges of children who live with chronic medical illnesses. Dr. Shea also has extensive experience with developmental disabilities and Autism.
Dr. Shea is accepting new patients ages 5 to 25.
