Cynthia Lopez AMFT#135394

        Cynthia is a compassionate and collaborative therapist who works with children, teens, and adults. She specializes in treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, relationship challenges, and emotional and behavioral self-regulation difficulties. As a bilingual clinician fluent in both English and Spanish, Cynthia is committed to providing culturally responsive care that meets the diverse needs of the individuals and families.

Her approach is grounded in warmth, empathy, and respect, creating a safe and supportive space where clients feel heard and empowered. Cynthia integrates evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) as an intervention to treat trauma.

Cynthia’s clinical experience includes providing therapy to adults in a group practice setting, as well as facilitating group sessions for adolescents in Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) programs. She is passionate about helping clients build resilience, develop effective coping skills, and create meaningful change in their lives.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Child Development and received her master’s degree in Marriage, Family, and Child Counseling with distinction from Fresno State.
