Julianna Lundy AMFT #133994

Julianna is a compassionate and dedicated therapist who works with children, teens, and adults, helping them navigate life’s challenges through evidence-based care. She specializes in treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, oppositional behaviors, trauma, and difficulties with emotional and behavioral regulation.

She began her clinical work as a therapist within the Fresno Unified School District, where she gained extensive experience supporting children and teens in both school and home environments. This background has given her a deep understanding of the challenges young individuals face, as well as the importance of family dynamics in fostering growth.

Julianna utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Attachment Theory to help clients build resilience, develop coping strategies, and strengthen relationships. She also incorporates play therapy when working with young children, creating a safe and engaging space for emotional expression and healing.

Julianna holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in Marriage, Family, and Child Counseling. She is passionate about creating a supportive and collaborative environment where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives. She believes that with the right tools and support, every individual has the capacity for growth, healing, and improved well-being.
