Merry is dedicated to helping children, teens, adults, couples and families build connections, navigate challenges, and cultivate healthy, fulfilling relationships. Her approach is rooted in empathy, active listening, and evidence-based practices that foster understanding and communication. She believes that every individual has the potential for growth and transformation, and she is committed to guiding clients through that journey. Merry holds a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.Merry creates a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel understood and valued. Her work focuses on supporting clients through communication difficulties, work–life balance, self-esteem struggles, and cultural differences. Whether clients are facing family conflict, relationship stress, or major life transitions, she helps them discover new ways to connect and strengthen their well-being. Therapy with Merry is a collaborative process focused on identifying goals and developing a personalized plan, tailored to the unique needs of each couple, individual, or family.
